Besides school teachers, students spend a lot of time with their private tutors. Many tutors are passionate about helping their students, but not all of them have the experience and training.
Be it teaching, coaching, or even life skills, by improving the standards of tutors, I believe that students will stand to benefit the most.
PSLE Online Program
6 months of filming later, I have finally recorded the last chapter of this video series today!
More than 200 videos have been recorded out of 16 chapters from the P5 - P6 Science Syllabus.
Hopefully all the recorded contents, answering techniques, keywords usage, tips, tricks to look out for and real life applications will benefit PSLE Science students in the years to come.
I can now rest my mind for a short while before the start of another series - probably the Sec 1/2 series
Building a community of Tutors
Tutors in the industry have often worked on their own, without much support available from others. Besides being knowledgeable in the subjects, tutors also have to be good at motivating students, communicating with parents, and managing some amounts of administrative work.
By having a community of like-minded tutors, they are able to leverage on each other's skills and experience. By helping each other, the students ultimately benefit from this pool of shared knowledge and resources.
