Have you tried 95% carbohydrate diet?

An overview of what I consumed during the 12-day Everest Base Camp trek (9 days up and 3 days down)
Basically, we should avoid eating meat because it is carried up by porters without proper refrigeration so some part of it may have rotted.
We should also avoid eating fresh vegetable like salad for the same reason. However, some places grow their own crops so it is safe to eat fresh vegetable there.
My diet is basically 95% carbohydrate and 5% vegetable with lots of soap and water.
