I stole some air from Everest Base Camp
05 Mar 2020 / Linus Lin
On the left, the bottle at 5300m.
On the right, the same bottle at about sea level.
"Take nothing but memories; Leave nothing but footprint" should always be the guiding principle of any expedition.
However, this time, I took something more than just memories. I took back with me, the air of Everest Base Camp at 5300m. (And the dust and micro-fibre particles as an inevitable package)
This bottle shall remain sealed and displayed in my shelf as my 'trophy' (which also double up as a teaching tool on the topic of Air Pressure) ![]()
